Returns Policy
Our Policy:
At Stuze, we are aware that sometimes the sizes of clothing items that you buy online may be too big or too small for you, or that maybe the clothing you bought may not quite suit you. Perhaps your expectations of the product were completely different to what you received, or maybe the products you received were damaged upon arrival and you don’t want to have wasted your money on something that is no good for you.
It’s okay though, we completely understand all of this ourselves! Therefore, because of this, we put ourselves in your shoes for that very moment, ensuring that our valuable customers come before anything else, all by accepting returns from customers.
You can return any unused clothing items with the tags still attached within 30 days of your purchase, with proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange on any clothing items.
For our cruiser board decks and completes, you have 30 days to return a product if it contains any natural damages, with proof of purchase. If 30 days or more pass since you purchased the product, we are unable to assist you on a return of your product.
These return entitlements are based solely on natural causes of damage from a defective product during manufacturing or shipping. You may not return a product due to any damages caused by the user of the product.
Please download a product return claim form if you want a refund or exchange of your product within the acceptable time frames. Once filled out, please post it in the mail to the address listed on the product return claim form.
Upon receiving the returned item and claim form, we will fully examine it and notify you via email or over the phone, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return or not. If you are entitled to a product return, we will refund your purchase price and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or alternatively you may exchange the product for a new item of the same value or less.
Please Note:
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.
All sale items are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for a return.
Postage for mailing returns to our address is at the cost of the customer, however, we pay for postage to send the item back to you.
If you are returning a product due to a fault, please attach the postage receipt to the returns form and we will reimburse you for your postage.
